On the way into The Everglades we made two short stops. The first, Robert is Here, is a famous fruit stand. It has all kinds of exotic fruits and vegetables.
It has many exotic birds and farm animals that you can feed.
They are also known for their milkshakes. I got vanilla key lime. Kenny stayed more traditional with strawberry bananna.
The second stop, Everglades Outpost, was a bit of a disappointment. This is an animal rescue. We enjoyed seeing the animals, but the place has definitely seen better days.
Afterwards we drove back into Everglades National Park where we will spend the next three nights.
