Beach Walking and The Hornes

Myrtle Beach, SC


It is definitely chillier in South Carolina than it was in Florida.  So, this morning I went for a walk along the beach.  No matter the temperature the beach is definitely one of my happy places.  The beach at Myrtle Beach State Park is flat and packed hard making it easier to to walk on.  I walked from pier to pier and enjoyed beautiful views.  

                                       






















The Myrtle Beach Airport is just on the other side of route 17 so final approach is over the water and beach.  It was fun to watch the planes as they came across.  There are definitely some condos that I would not want to stay in along this stretch of beach!






Tonight we met Kelly and Greg Horne for dinner at Pier 14.  It was fun to hear about their travels and catch-up!
