It being a Saturday we got to spend the entire day with Soren and Michele. With no real agenda and no need to change locations we started out slowly which was a much needed change. We enjoyed a delicious brunch at one of their favorite restaurants then explored Milwaukee a bit. We visited the Pabst Museum and saw what extravagant beer money would buy in the early 20th century.
Ignore my multiple chins! I was trying to get us and the house in one shot. It was the only picture I took of the 4 of us.
We then drove along the shore of Lake Michigan a bit.
We returned to Michele and Soren's for dinner where we enjoyed spending some time with their son, Will. The Hulgaard hospitality was warm and generous. We were happy to catch-up with friends from years ago!
