Great Salt Lake State Park

If you sleep in a Walmart parking lot it really should be one with a view!

Today we drove almost straight south on Interstate 15.  

We entered Utah, our 15th state of the trip.

The next two nights we are staying at Great Salt Lake State Park.  We are right on the edge of the lake near the marina.

After dinner we took the short walk to the lake edge.

Our RV is the second from the left.

This point looks across the lake.  It should be a perfect place to watch the sunset.

We watched scullers come out of the marina and onto the lake.

Right after this picture we hightailed it back to the RV before a storm blew through.  We'll try for sunset again tomorrow night.

Comet was happy we made it back to the RV safely!
