The Campsites at Fort Wilderness
Lake Louisa, our campsite on the 21st, is just northwest of Disney which makes it an easy in to the Disney bubble. We left just before 7. We were checked-in, hooked-up, and in Epcot before 9:00.
We always take Wall-e sightings as signals of a good day! We miss our sweet grand-dog.
We enjoyed walking through the new Journey of Water attraction.
It was cool to see all of the Disney art including this Lady and the Tramp end table.
The Chalk Artists were fun to watch!
Kenny joined in with some gossip.
We watched several shows including this guitarist.
The goal of spending two days in Epcot was to concentrate on the details of each country and building. To go to all of the lesser attractions that we skip to ride the big rides. We enjoyed going to the back of each exhibit and snacking and drinking around the world.
We went back to the campsite early and watched the Magic Kingdom Fireworks from the dock. The next morning we took advantage of the early hours for resort guests. We got pictures with some special people.
Then we were joined by some other special people. The Mayers!
Rob took a picture of the drawings I took a video of the artist creating yesterday.
We enjoyed some rides and eating and drinking around the world in EPCOT with them! It was almost as fun as the time we spent in Europe.
After they started back to Palm Coast we stayed to watch Luminous, The Journey of Us.
While we were gone we monitored Comet with a camera. Here are some of the good shots of him.
