Campgrounds Have Personalities

Much like people campgrounds have different ways of being.  In Wisconsin Dells we were at a busy KOA Holiday with a train that went by often, close enough to shake the rig.  With a pool and being in the town with the most waterparks in the US the place catered to families.  Our site there was on a corner that most people had to go by to get in or out.  In short, it was busy.  Transition to today.  We are in Veteran's Memorial Park in West Salem, WI.  Last night we walked by the river, sat and watched ground squirrels play, and ate at the picnic table under large trees.  Comet got to spend time in his new play yard.  We acted like campers instead of tourists.  It is quiet.  Just like being at home there are busy days and slower ones.  It was nice to have a slower one today.
